If you are the owner of this website and you were expecting to find the pages of your website, here are the answers to some frequently asked questions which may help you.

I typed in my website domain name, but it doesn't work. How can I access my website?

If you requested the registration of a new domain name during your web hosting order, it can take up to 24 -48 hours to appear once it has been registered. If you requested to transfer your existing domain name into our system, we may have to contact you for further details to enable us to transfer your domain, or we may be waiting for the approval of the transfer by other parties. If you chose to update only the nameservers for your existing domain name, then it usually takes about 24-48 hours before that update takes effect around the internet.

I have just uploaded my website files using FTP, but they aren't showing up. Where are they?

You should be sure to upload your web pages and files into the public_html folder of your account. (This is known as your "web root" folder.) Your starting homepage file should be named either index.html, index.htm, or index.php.

I tried to publish my web site using FrontPage, but it says the server does not support FrontPage. What's going on?

You need to enable the Microsoft FrontPage ® extensions for your account. You can do this by logging into your cPanel Control Panel and clicking the "FrontPage Extensions" icon/link.
